Renowned for his passion for the outdoors, fishing, and fresh Australian seafood, Paul brings his culinary expertise straight from the kitchen to the Melbourne Boat Show’s on our Suzuki Seafood Cooking Stage. 
The recipes that Paul will demonstrate are designed to help you make the most of your catch- simple, flavourful, and perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Taste test delicious recipes using fresh Australian ingredients such as tuna, prawns and squid- there's something for every fisho!   


Demonstrations are on the hour-
Friday & Saturday - 11am to 4pm  
Sunday- 12pm- 3pm
